: Ah, so it WAS from Battle of the Bands! I was attempting to oarticipate in it, but never got very far. It was apparently long enough that I totally forgot there were super-exclusive prizes for the highest-ranking bands. There were a LOT of fun things during that event, and I believe it was one of the ones in summertime that were featured in the Peka Glade Park. That might have been the first or second one. Yeah, I'm actually surprised they brought them back, but what with all the stuff they added in the last year, it was totally possible, right? ;)

Even though I'm not interested in the jacket, this is a good wake up call to start saving in case extra pricey items I do want get restocked later down the line, because hot dang I don't remember the wizard selling anything costing this much before!

On one hand it's a shame they won't be as exclusive anymore, but i'm happy for the people that want them to have a chance of getting them now since it was close to impossible before. <3

I've gotten the items when they were released as well, and we have something in common with the eyes, i very rarely take them off, can't even remember the last time i did. lol

I want that jacket sooo bad, but sadly it would take ages just to try getting it :( The only thing I got that would be worth the trade for the jacket is the CW skeleton guy on my HA lol I seriously doubt anyone would trade the jacket for him.

From my understanding, the Horns and Roses set (there's the jacket, 2 different contacts, horns, and a tail) was a really really exclusive prize for a Battle of the Bands style event some years back. It was before I was playing the site actively, so I didn't witness it myself, but that's what I've heard. The items in the set were either unbuyable or - again, I heard this from word of mouth and didn't confirm it personally - going for 200mil sP/ 2k csc. So even though 20k tokens is a LOT, it's still cheaper in the grand scheme then they have been going for! :0

I'm super excited about this! I was one of the lucky ones that got these prizes years back. I've been wearing the eyes ever since I got them (I don't think I've ever taken them off actually) and by far they're the item I get asked about and complimented for the most. I'm really glad they're going to be more available soon. :D

As said earlier, “The jacket was part of a site event that many users felt was badly mishandled, with very limited and unclear release on the prize set. At the time the staff running the event and the users who got to put their items on-site said these things would not be available again (other than allowing one of the consumables as a very high-end achievement prize).“

I gave in. I wasnt going to but eh, whateva. I figured i already sold close to 30k or so. I still had 29K in the token bank, & I still have god know how many in my Currency Gallery

Oh no! That is a high price for the jacket! [sub](understandably high though & (i think) on par with the legendary weapons that sometimes drop. ha.)[/sub] Damn, should not have slacked off at those wizard quests! Had 15k tokens saved up and frittered them away on random things. Stupid me. :P
