Som is a diligent worker, and you would generally not find much to complain about. She has such a way with customers, acting in the moment with them and seeming to care deeply about their current needs. She has an eccentric way of speaking, she really does like a haiku! But you find yourself quite charmed by it, and make a visit simply to hear her poetry. When does a poem by Som not brighten your day?

You're not sure about her history, she doesn't seem to bring it up now that you think about it. You've maybe asked about her plans for the future, but she always brings the subject back to you! Did her eyes all flash red when you asked? You're not sure you remember correctly. Maybe you should try again? I'm sure she isn't going to get angry and be unlocked as a new challenger. Not unless you do something to REALLY set her off.

I really wish these opponents would drop weapons on the 5th win... since the donation presents don't contain any anymore would really like to see new weapons dropped by the challengers released this way and the cash shop ones. My weapon gallery is always hungry for more...:P

Fixed possible solution

Ignore the fact I mentioned the liquid shadow item, it should be - wear one item with "time" in the name and one with "candle" both at the same time. Say + .

Visit Som wearing two items that combined might freak them out, the loot descriptions should help.

Suspected solution

Visit Som wearing items with "time" and "candle" in their name at the same time (i.e. "Broken Flask of Liquid Shadow" and "Antique Candlesticks"). Pretty sure that's the solution having cross referenced all the HAs of people that have unlocked them.

If any staff have other ideas about whether that should've been posted, please kill off this post with your edit powers.

- Yeah, would definitely be putting anything in a spoiler. To be honest, thinking about it now and realising the challenger isn't 24 hours old yet, I'm slightly wary of giving possible solutions that soon. Could have sworn staff asked people to wait a few days on a previous challenger, or am I just imagining things?

Yeah, I managed to unlock them after noticing the other user's HA items, nice easy challenger for those of us with weedier pets.

My tries so far

I've tried wearing clocks, playing with clocks, deleting clocks, playing with candles, deleting candles, reading pets a calendar.. reading history books! Nothing works so far. I've tried impatiently re-loading her shop.. now I'm trying to just leave the shop page open.. maybe if I waste enough time she'll get angry with me XD haha. Anyone else having any more luck?

Just also tried wearing specifically a watch, not a clock - no luck. Also no luck wearing ONLY a watch. haha. XD

It's nice they're bringing attention to shops/keepers that don't get much attention, but just wondering when the fabric shop in the same market will get some love. There hasn't been any new clothing items or colors for ages.
