Som is a diligent worker, and you would generally not find much to complain about. She has such a way with customers, acting in the moment with them and seeming to care deeply about their current needs. She has an eccentric way of speaking, she really does like a haiku! But you find yourself quite charmed by it, and make a visit simply to hear her poetry. When does a poem by Som not brighten your day?

You're not sure about her history, she doesn't seem to bring it up now that you think about it. You've maybe asked about her plans for the future, but she always brings the subject back to you! Did her eyes all flash red when you asked? You're not sure you remember correctly. Maybe you should try again? I'm sure she isn't going to get angry and be unlocked as a new challenger. Not unless you do something to REALLY set her off.

ohh. myy. gaawd. MY BAE!! until i know her stats, i don't know if i will be able to take a rumble or not (tbh i am pretty sure i won't & anyways confession time, i'd rather hug than fight sue me lololl) BUT!! i just wanted to take a second to scream: from the bottom of my ❤️ THANK YOU SO SO MUCH STAFF for the drops!!!! ever since she came out, i asked a couple of times for items to "cosplay" her, since she is one of the most well done characs on site it is so heartwarming to witness most of my suggestions come to life in the past 3 years since i joined -- i mean truly a game where users are taken into consideration is just YASSSSSS so good /okenoughsorryimemotodaybyehaha

I tried visiting while wearing the Father Time Beard, Father Time Robe, and Father Time Pocket Watch (I don't have the Father Time Scythe) and nothing happened. Other items that didn't work for me: Wall Calendar, Fortune-Telling Mouse, Jade Bead, Pumpkin Wall Clock.

I tried visiting her with - Fortune-Telling Mouse, Out O Time License Plate and even tried with a fortune cookie. None of those worked. I also tried buying something from her shop with those items in my inventory. No luck

- funnily enough, this did come up when we were talking about her as a challenger. We feel that she is actually nonbinary, but is fine with feminine pronouns. Sometimes she will have masculine days. It's not a big enough part of what this particular post is about, though, to go into it. Or rather, she's not open about things that aren't happening today. But your comment made us smile!

Something to do with the future... to put her on the spot. She might be able to see the future and doesn't feel comfortable talking about it because she knows every little thread and is unnerved by the outcome perhaps. So if that IS the case how can one get her to lash out... hmmm?

So, she doesn't want to talk about the future, and doesn't want to talk about herself. I personally think she might be a zombie, honestly. Obviously a lot of fire- so attempts to extinguish her candles? Bringing up future plans, or death? (Visiting her shop with a Dead Person minion in your inventory doesn't work.)

Glad to know Som's gender. I remember when her shop first opened, a lot of us were debating whether she was a girl or a boy or neither.
