I just don't get people's deal on this, I continue to not. I agree with , have any of you even TRIED looking up pictures of jumping foxes as was mentioned? Ears up and forward just like that, and they LOOK like they're suspended in mid-air. That's the awesome thing about their hunting leap, they look so unthreatening, how they hang there. :/ Man. People.
Seriously, has one of the complaining people even tried to google 'jumping fox' before posting here? I did and every single picture I've found of jumping foxes was showing them with their ears UP!!!
Not a fan of this one. The past one's have been great. But this one is "bleh". I don't think the ears should be so... straight and stiff, shouldn't one be more vertical or something? And like someone says the pose is stiff and doesn't really look like it's jumping. Not really a fan. :

I don't like his expression, doesn't really fit too well. I also think the pose is off a bit, for some reason, when I look at this Jollin, I don't see an animal jumping or pouncing, just something in mid-air.

The ears look kind of...awkward. They might look better if they were to the side or pulled back. But that is my only bit of critique for this.
Heehee this looks great! His pose doesn't seem to flow too well though, I think it's the ears that are messing it up. His ears should have been pulled back, animals do this to remain stealthy and streamline their bodies when jumping, those ears would create an awful lot of wind resistance.
Is someone else drawing the Jollin now? 'Cause the last three Jollin releases (BR, Nightmare, and DM) look different to me. And I do NOT like this new look... If it's not a new artist, then I just haven't liked these past 3 Jollins. :I

- I don't have any older species to do. The jollin was the last pet I had to complete in bloodred, aside from a pet I have to revamp first (which won't happen until next year)
Other than, as others have said, the ear positioning making it look somewhat more bat-like, I rather like this more unusual position. Very nice job in general.

I think this looks great I LIKE the ear positioning. It reminds me of some vampiric fox creature. xD I actually think it would detract a little, compositionally, to have the ears swiveled back. Bravo artist!!

Better than I could ever do, and I hugely appreciate the effort that the artists are putting in to fill in the species/color gaps and constantly update old art. ♥
However, something in the face is more bat than jollin and while I like the jumping/attacking idea, the tail and ear angles don't work for me.

I think the only problem I have is the ear positioning. It looks playful having it's ears fully forward like that. It would look more serious if the ears were out to the sides as it it were defensive looking
Is it balanced on it's tail or in some weird jump pose?
I'd like it more if the ears were kinda flopped down. More towards the kerubi's look only stiffer.

I actually like the bloody rosettes. I could definitely do with more blood, but eh -- I'm something of a gore fanatic and everyone knows it.
I will, however, also agree with 
Mongoose_Eidolon in that the darkmatter jollin's pose would be AWESOME with the bloodred concept. I LOVE the DM jollin; mine is one of my favorites, although it's probably apparent from my pet collection -ahem- that I'm a huge fan of jollins in general.
Sadly, this one kind of disappointed me.
On the flipside, it's the first jollin that has.

I think if we took the nightmare jollin's pose, and made that into the blood red's, and vice versa, we could have perfection. But this guy, he looks like he hasn't had his coffee yet, and has had an unfortunate tussle with a certain jelly doughnut.
