Starting to get nervous..

I've only tried submitting three CWs so far, but for each of them my first response (approve or deny) arrived in just about 24 hours... When I fixed and resubmitted a CW immediately after it was denied, it got approved in about an hour.

I'm thinking that maybe your CW was borderline acceptable, so the staff members are discussing whether or not to approve it. But that's just my guess.
