Several people mentioned this issue in the news comments, but I didn't see a post about it here, so I thought I should make one.

None of my custom pet overlays is showing up. When I look at the "Custom Pet Images" page, it's all broken image icons. When I tried going to the url of one of the images directly, I got a 522: connection timeout error. On my pets page and the individual pets' profiles, there's nothing there, not even a broken image icon. I've had this issue since the database reset.

edit: also I tried clearing my cache, but that didn't help either.

I'm also having that problem, but only on my phone for some reason. When I use my PC, I can see my custom overlays around site and on the Custom Pet Images page. On my phone, there are no custom images at all, just empty spaces that eventually turn into broken image icons.

I’m having the problem too, but only with Maigrey, my active pet. My other custom images are all loading just fine, but she’s not showing up anywhere.

None of my five custom pets are showing up anywhere for the last few days.

Chiming in to say same issue, none of my custom overlays are showing up either.

I agree, having the same error. Went to Custom Pet Overlays and the images seem to be completely missing. Both on Legacy and Kumos. (also, minions have never shown for me on Kumos pet page)

just noticed this as well for my 3(Sooyoung, Suetcgi and Mng-Yen) on main pet page and custom verlay page, but sem to be showing on actual profile

yeah i assumed it would take some time for them to come back online after the database maintenance but it's been a few days so like... is there something else that needs to be done or is it just a matter of waiting?

So I'm not the only one having this issue. It's only affecting one of my pets, Luzu the Grand Templar, and none of the others surprisingly.

Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon.

I'm also having the same issue. I'm REALLY hoping the images aren't completely gone because I no longer have the files to re-upload them.

I haven't seen any acknowledgement of this issue from staff anywhere on site. Does anyone know if it's been discussed in the Discord server? I'm wondering if I should file a ticket in case there aren't any staff members monitoring this forum.

This seems like a pretty major issue to me since it's something we've paid real money for, and it would be nice to get some kind of response from staff, even if it's just "we're aware but it won't be fixed for a while." And if the images are completely lost, like loe_loe is wondering, I think we should be told that.

None of my custom overlays are showing up now. Before today I had 1 that was still showing up, but now even that one is gone...

None of mine are showing as well. I really hope the images have not been lost, as I don't have the images either :( If so I am hoping we will at the very least get a refund.

, I agree. I have seen zero responses from staff about it either. That kind of makes me a lil extra worried... almost like a "oh man... how do we tell them..?"

I'll be pretty upset if that's the case, but I'm trying my hardest to stay optimistic. I love subeta, as I've been here for over 16 years. I trust that the staff will do their best to make it right.

, my only worry about a refund is, on top of the 500CSC you have to spend to upload the image, people have potentially paid an artist real money for the image itself. I know I did it that way, so to only get back my 500CSC would be pretty disheartening to me specifically.

and everyone else, I just filed a ticket about the issue. I'll post an update if I get any info.

edit: response was that staff is aware of the issue and investigating it, and that they'll post on this thread when they have information to give out. So at least they do know about it.

My overlay is gone as well on my pet Mortakai. I hope it's not lost because I can no longer get the file for it as the player is gone from the site. (is sad) I hope they can be recovered.
