The sp earned from the items sold isn't being added to the shop till correctly. I noticed this started happening yesterday. If anyone else is experiencing this, please post as well!

It's definitely related to the kumos site.
There seems to be a miscalculation every time an item is purchased via the user shop search on kumos.
In addition to the miscalculation, if an item is purchased on kumos after at least one item is purchased via the legacy site, the entire shop till is zeroed out before starting a new (incorrect) sum.
Based on findings, it seems that this issue effects every player on the site, with each losing out on several, if not tens of millions per day.
It also seems very possible that this could erase hundreds of millions of sp (think the 250mil achievement) currently in tills.
Pretty sure I've been gaslit by this issue for a solid week or two at this point 😅, but it does seem to have gotten worse/more noticeable over the past few days.
Would like to hop on and say that I'm FAIRLY sure I've also been affected by this! I was noticing hundreds of items being sold from my shop, but the amount given out has always felt low. I legit gaslit myself into thinking that I was just crazy for thinking it was low but, turns out it may be many of us affected Q^Q

👋 hey all, thanks for the reports — this was a real gremlin of a bug :(
TL;DR: fix is live now.
what happened (tech side) we run a few different subeta frontends (legacy subeta, new.subeta.net, and kumos.subeta.net), and each one has its own cache. that means they don’t share info about stuff like shop purchases in real time.
the problem: kumos was caching shop data in a way that didn’t account for updates made on the other versions. so if someone bought something on legacy or new.subeta, that info wouldn’t get to kumos fast enough. then if someone else bought from the same shop on kumos, the shop till would use stale data and not add the right amount of sP.
👎 end result: some sellers didn’t get full payouts if their shop was accessed across sites in quick succession.
to make it worse, all purchases log to the same place — but we don’t know the exact sequence of events across the different frontends, so we can’t safely “rewind” and fix things after the fact. no way to know who lost what with 100% accuracy.
what’s next talking to UAs about doing a site-wide bonus (maybe 5% extra on shop sales for a few days?) to help cover the missing profits. not ideal, but better than nothing.
