The Lumi forums are still up and there's no sign of Survival, I would have thought that would have come with Valentine's Day itself or shortly thereafter but? We're past the mid-point of February.

Came to Kumos (I usually stick to the legacy server) to ask the same thing. The Hilday Scedule states mid-February (which would have been the 14th, but might also be a bit broader), but February isn't even that long and now I'm getting a bit worried.

I missed the last few events due to a hiatus, so I was really looking forward to survival for getting back into things.
