I used to pay my Gold Accounts and CSC's through Paypal. Since Paypal is no longer availeble, I haven't had a Gold Account or bought CSC's. I thought that rpoblem would be fixed after a while. But it's still the same.
The only payment option I see is payment with Stripe. How does that work for somebody who is Dutch and does not live in the USA?
I live in England, and can work through stipe pretty easily. Just make sure your not clicking the USA side of it.
I've always had issues with paypal not working for me with subeta, always says invalid link or whatever. Stripe works for me though.
Shameful though I can become a monthly subscriber because that's paypal only
I thought they fixed the Paypal issue ages ago? That seems odd you're not seeing both Stripe and Paypal options. I've been using the buy option with Paypal on the Kumos site here for a while since they updated the Buy CSC page and I've never had any issues - it shows both Paypal and Stripe for me for all amounts (idk why the cash shop robot is like that but lol), so if it's not appearing for you sounds like making a ticket might be worth it:

When it wasn't working for absolute ages I found Stripe also worked for me fine (I am in the UK so mileage of course may vary, but Stripe's website says it's supported in the Netherlands as well so might be worth a try for you if you're having trouble using Paypal), though I personally didn't love it due to having to sign up for another service + the fact the conversion charges came off my card individually rather than bundled together but eh, it did work in a pinch.

do other people not see the option to use paypal? it even says on the page that international users should use paypal. when i re-subscribed i think it even automatically picked up on my paypal account (which i guess is what i had used the last time i was subscribed) and i was a little surprised because i thought that option had been removed but i guess they put it back at some point.
I tried the Kumos site right now and the only option I have is Stripe. If the advice for foreign users is Paypal, then something must be wrong with my account.
On the old site I still hsve the warning snd the alternatives.
Perhaps I should make a ticket about it.
I would definitely make a ticket if Paypal doesn't appear at all on the Kumos page, that is very strange and worth having checked! As I mentioned in my last post though I have used Stripe with an international debit card (it works more or less like Paypal in that Stripe is just a way to process the payment without Subeta accepting your card directly) and it does appear to be supported in the Netherlands, so it could potentially be an option for you meantime.
I think the note in 's screencap is a bit outdated as I believe the old non-Paypal method (Braintree) didn't accept non-US cards when it was first added to Subeta.
