Subeta has no access to your credit card information. If you save your information in Stripe by providing a phone number, you'll be prompted to use the same details in the future.

The only details that we provide to Stripe during the payment process is your Subeta UserID and your email. We give these to stripe to make it easier to look up transactions and support users.

In most cases Cash Shop Credits are credited to your account immediately. In some unusual cases (like Stripe flagging the purchase as fruad) it will go into a queue for manual inspection and release. If you don't have your credits within one hour, you should create a ticket.

We do not store any payment information. You can review the Stripe options for deleting your data here.
