Does anyone know what the highest level scroll you can make is because I have been trying to increase my AP so I can use stronger scrolls and so far mine only goes to level 5

believe thats the highest, but tbh i havent made scrolls in yrs, id ask/check in the battle forums though, prob have a higher chance of getting an answer in the battle chat thread

yes, 5 seems to be the highest. cross-referencing with subetalodge, those are all the scrolls i can see at the secluded shrine.
