Recreating the previous thread because it was too old to reply to!
What did you write today? I worked on my newsletter!
Feel free to copy and paste your work :)
I'm working on 2 things
A song...my fight song for breast cancer.
Also a novel that's shifted direction twice in 9 years.
I wish I could go back in time..
Working on my young adult novel <3 It's my happiest creative outlet after work!
I'm writing out my dnd session notes into prose version, just to get a better hold of my character. Thirty-five pages in and I'm still not done...
I've slowly been getting back into writing. Today I finished my story that is featured on my pet Remiel's profile.
I'm writing a story about a character that begins to trust again and heal through bonding with a stray kitten! I think it's gonna be cute. <3
I have been working on putting a book together for my partner and I's 5th anniversary... I've been pulling out google drives, thumbdrives, drop boxes, old physical notebooks, notepad on my pc...lol old pinned messages and posts on facebook, etc... and I've been gathering as many of the things that I have written her in the 5 years we've been together and putting them in a single print hard cover book just for her, and I'm a digital artist so I put all the art, including the cover together... but I took a break from that today to go write a (long) short story to cheer my partner up today, she wasn't feeling too great so I started writing her some kinda half hearted creepypasta (based on stuff she told me about her house being haunted growing up, in the best detail that I could remember it to a point, it'd be boring if i kept it to only the real facts, though. lmao.) and the ADHD "FINISH IT!!!" bug hit me, and it started as a planned mini book (like 7 chapters, maybe 3 to 5 small paragraphs per chapter, you know, about enough text to fill a single page or so... so nothing too crazy. ) and I did overlook some mistakes upon looking at the finished product, but after a small secondary revision, it turned out pretty awesome. lol I even converted it into an ebook for it, with custom art. It ended up being about 12 chapters, closer to about 2 to 3 pages of text a chapter roughly. Pulled that off, proofread it and designed the art for it all in somewhere between 8 to 9 hours... I'm honestly pretty damn proud of myself. Lol (Forgive me for the rambling, I've been dying to brag to SOMEONE about that ridiculousness!)
