I keep getting "Unexpected Error You're seeing this error because something unexpected happened, and we didn't have a handler for it. Perferably, you'd never see this page. Please copy this stack trace and report it to us.

I have tried on both PC and mobile phone. I have cleared cache. I have logged out and in again (a few times to be sure) I have tried in Firefox and Chrome.

When I go to try to purchase csc it takes me to kumos.subeta.net/shop/credits which just shows a 404 not found page and if i try to do the old way through the cash shop it just shows a thing spinning and wont go any further

no the link on the top right tab. I tried the PayPal link as well though, but that hasn't worked in a long time. I also tried to go into the cash shop and click "get csc" from there which I assume is the same link.

Is no one else having this issue?

after a bit of snooping around the various sites, seems to me like the link provided in the topbar on legacy does not work. the kumos site directs you to this link (Cash Shop -> Buy Credits), which does work (i've just tested it, so it at the least works for me anyway...!) assuming you have reset your password to access the kumos site anyway. the link is broken on subeta.net as it has 'shop' in the url instead of 'cash-shop'.

I'm taking advantage of the situation to hi-jack this topic... but the day before yesterday, between both downtimes, I bought some CSC but didn't receive anything. I did get the green confirmation banner right after the purchase and I thought I'd get them right away, but nope. What should I do? File a ticket?

Hey! I got sent here from subetacord, but there seems to be a new issue with buying CSC that I've hit. I keep getting 500: Server Error whenever I try to buy CSC. I've tried logging out and back in, different browsers, different devices, etc. Nothing seems to work, unfortunately

You can get to the page now but when you try and purchase CSC, it 404's that page now ;;

Any news on this, ? 😢

Just checked my bank - the payment went through but no CSC received so guess I'll have to file a ticket about that now.

Cash shop, get csc is not working for me.the circle just keeps going around and around. Everything was working fine BEFORE the site went down

I've been trying to buy csc all day and I do see a bunch of interact purchases that came out, but I can't tell what they're for because I was also out today at various places and used debit (for the same amounts these csc purchases would be). I'll have to check tomorrow or Tuesday when they post to my account and file a ticket if it says subeta.net

Yeah I filed a ticket yesterday. They said a response may be slow due to the holidays, but I did get a reply from a human pretty quickly.

I was able to purchase CSC but I didn't receive any Loyalty Points (had to reset password on Kumos and it worked, removing the 404 error). I used Stripe, I believe.

Try logging out and then back in on the Kumos site.

I'd recommend filing a ticket so a UA can help you with the loyalty points.

Yup yup, just figured I'd report that this may also be an error when buying CSC just in case others encounter it. Ticket filed!
