Removing equipped items from pet

Ok one more question.
How do I remove weapons/items that have been equipped to a pet?

This pet has 3 items equipped. One of them doesn't even appear to be a usable weapon anymore.
Under the Personal tab on the navigation bar, hover over Pets, find your pet and click Pet. It should take you to a page with options, click on Edit Battle Weapons.

I almost wouldn't remove them at this point if you hadn't. It's probably been 12+ years since you could equip items into that slot.
