Oh man, I almost missed your post! Spelled my username with a "u", how dare you :P Lol jk <3 Oh my gosh D: I'm glad you finally decided to go back and just get another pair! Hopefully at no cost to you? Yeah I definitely need to go soon >_< I haven't been since 2019 because covid happened and then I just kept putting it off. And on top of that my eye doctors office closed because it was a Sears Optical D: So I have to find somewhere new to go and that's kind of making me procrastinate even more lol.

- my hubby thanks you for the fiction podcast recommendations as that means he won't have to feed audibles any more moolah for a while...as soon as i'm done with bobby dollar i'll check them all out. oh, and speaking of bobby dollar... surprisingly, it's a love story. i'm on to the second one which is amusingly named "happy hour in hell". i haven't gotten too far but just from the publisher's summary i knew it was a retelling of the orpheus and euridice myth.it'll be interesting to see how a greek myth plays out in a christian mythological setting. 😂

Hubs got me a Dell as that's the brand he thinks is the best. I insisted he get it from Costco though as I feel like you get a better deal from there. My shoulders definitely need to be checked but we have the crappiest doctor. (He's actually a PA) I like him well enough but I think he's afraid of women and it's been impossible finding a local doctor that takes both mine and Liz's Medicare and our advantage plans.

When I was a little kid my parents would weight everything. Now that I have done it so long I am really good at eyeballing it. I get sugar free stuff sometimes but I mainly TRY to stay away from sweets. its hard sometimes when something looks delicious

Hi! I've been working overtime lately so a little sleepy, but overall pretty good! How have you been?

Oh man, I’m sorry about all the overtime D: I’m doing good! Just chilling while the kids are being calm XD About to do some more quests.

- dell's are good little laptops. mine is a dell. it's older (it sat in the bedroom for 4 years unused as wedidn't know how i could use it). yours should run like a little dynamo. :) yeah, doctors suck when it comes to insurance. i don't understand why the government gives out insurance that no reputable doctor will touch with a 10 ft stethascope. x.x

- i'm doing well. i only have to put up with the boot for little over 2 weeks now. :) how about you? :D

- i know you write a lot, do you write a blog? if so, may i ask what blogging platform you use? i'm thinking of starting one about my misadventures as a blind person. any advice? :D

- omg, no. i do not like flowers at all. they make me sneeze and generally miserable. i live on benadryl from march to october. if i had my way, somehow, it would be autumn all year. i love the changing leaves and everything that comes with them. ;) i showed hubby the link and he said nightmare noktoa. it fits the pet i'm going to change so it's all good. 😂 oh, i do have an angelic pet. an angelic ghostly named tarnished. ;)

I'm doing okay. Need a haircut after a Bad Velcro Incident the other night, but that can happen tomorrow. :)

I don't really blog, I've tried several times and never got anywhere with it, but if I were starting one I think I'd use dreamwidth mostly because it's free and has no advertising. But it's fairly old tech and I'm sure I have no idea about which blogging platform has best blind accessibility.
