Yeah the heat can be so draining. We do have central air and have had it for 25 years as when we first moved here from Atlanta my hubs said we'll probably need it. We didn't really until the last 10-15 years or so. I grew up here and never do I recall the constant summer heat like we've especially had in the last few years. It's sad. 90 right now and still a few more hours of heating up.

haven't had trouble falling asleep the last couple of nights but the two times I tried it, it worked great!

these days there's not a lot of difference between laptops and desktops for the average user. you should be ok although it may take some practice with the trackpad. i'm doing well. less than 3 weeks til the boot comes off. 😂

That's great! I'm glad you haven't had to use it more. I use it every night now - well technically morning. I fall asleep easily unless it's in the middle of the night. :-P

- well, i didn't like the track pad when i could use one. i always turned it off and hooked up a mouse. lol touch screen sounds handy. you'll probably like that better. don't worry, i know you'll do just fine with it. :D i'm not counting the days yet. if i start doing that then something will happen to add more to the end. lmao 😂

- yay! i hope things keep getting better regarding your feet. ❤ i have about 2 1/2 weeks left with the boot. the large lump of tendons and ligaments that was behind my ankle bone is completely gone. hopefully nothing will jinx it. XD
