We're aware that people are using the autopricer to set a very low price and buy up the resulting autopriced items and are discussing and working on code fixes for this. Please don't report low price points being bought out in the meantime, we know that this is a negative user experience and are working on it but it is going to have to be something handled on the code level. Thank you!

Thank you for the info!
I am not old. I am gracefully aged
Thank you for letting us know and for the info.

About damn time! I haven’t auto priced in months because of the same user doing it over and over.
Oh thank you, it's great to know this is being addressed! I've tried to catch it when it happens but lately I've started just taking low-priced stuff out of my shop immediately after autopricing to frag. I'd rather frag an underpriced item than see it get scooped up by undercutters.
thanks, i always remove cheap items from my shop so they dont go for 1sp or whatever
um, are you in trouble if you aren't the one who set the low price but you saw it and bought it all up? (needed stuff to frag)
I'm with you! I have shop pages full of unpriced items. I'm sick of seeing the same two names in my sales history. I'm not making any coin, but it's better than feeling like I've been robbed.
Next on the agenda: Those hoarders who dump 150 of a single item into a shop
I always run an edit on my shop for items that autoprice under 1001 sP. I'm sure there are more over that but I get irritated at something that should be well over 1000 sP and it comes up as 50.
Thank you anonymous!
This has deterred me from autopricing so I’m looking forward to the change!
This! Would like an answer please!

Apologise, my shop with the most items in it is actually for a giveaway I plan on hosting in a few days.
I can take everything out and put it back in and have the price stay 0 sP until its time for my giveaway.
But the items in my other shops are all 45% off of usershop price ill just post that in INFO box and just take it out and toss them in a trade. I didn't know that I'm not allowed to do that.
Again my apologies
No, we won't be punishing people who buy the lower-priced items when they see them!
Some of that is multiple copies of items from battling, they add up after a while.
It is not so much that you aren't allowed to do it as that it's a negative user experience over time and we as staff will be looking into tools overall to try and improve the entire situation. In the meantime we did want to let people know this is on our radar especially since people with good intentions can take that to heart. Thank you for changing things up when you see it's making things less fun! It's always about living and learning.

I haven’t used autopricer in months because of this. I’ve been basically pricing my shop manually once or twice a week. Since I RS a lot of the same items I have a rough idea of where the prices should range.

Name tag by there are times that i DO buy about 50 something off of multiple items as i do a gifting with cheery note to all my friends :) .
so if someone has many it line to buy i get them all and move on to the next one.
..i just hope you know others perhaps do the same. Also i didnt know this was a problem and i will distribute my purchases from other sellers on down the line as well . :)

I'm excited that this is being addressed!
I've bought low priced items to frag as well, but haven't done so in many, many months.
I really hate when I hand price an item for 25,000,000 and the next day someone has to put it for 24,999,998. Will that also be addressed? And will people hoarding items be brought up as well? No one should have over 100 of the same item. I've seen many users that have over 1,000 copies of a particular item.
If you were to limit the number of a specific item that could be sold in a shop -- say to like a dozen or so -- then you could perhaps keep people from trying to set market prices. It is illegal to attempt to influence the market in real life, so I see no reason why users would have a problem with it here.
People are always free to frag something or store it in their vault if they have an excessive amount of a specific item. I do battle often so I have hundreds of various battle rewards. I try to never have more than 3 of any given item in my shop at one time. Most are stored in my vault and given to friends or fragged.
Hope it helps.
It's great to see this being adressed. Never used autopricer, never will.
