@ Sincere Do you mean on active accounts? No idea about that but most of them are available in trades right now if you have a few billion sP just collecting dust. [edit] I don't see a M-Staff but the rest are in trades. It makes me want to save up for the ones I'm missing!

Depends on the weapon. Some are more rare than others (looking at you, Dreamreaver)
But yeah with the amount people accept/ask for one, you can invest in capping another pet instead
