For the love of all that is Subeta... is there some way the new site can incorporate a feature that lets you know if you exceed the limit for your forum image/signature?

I personally just received an official warning for exceeding it, as I forgot to take my text into account for the second (possibly third) time in over 12 years. I realize it lets you know above it... but it can be easy to forget your image size over time.

Surely there is some sort of coding that can read the amount of space being used, prior to saving, that could alert you? This is me pleading for such a thing to be incorporated. Please please please. 😥

Wow, this is a thing? It seems a little unfair to give an official warning without letting you know that you’ll be over the limit if you proceed.

Definite support from me. This seems like something that should already exist.

Given that the reader that actually tells you if you're over the limit is broken and text doesn't read the correct size, full support.

Revamp the whole system.

Also that (if it was working) only shows height (and doesn't include all of the combined components - sig AND image), but there is a limit on width as well.

I am constantly trying to calculate and forgetting something or messing up the math.

I currently have neither beccause I can't be bothered, but I fully support.

Figuring that all out is one of the reasons that I can't be bothered XD
