While changing my signature, I was met with this
It's nice that it shows the current height of the signature, so why not add the width as well?
Tricks are overrated. Treats, please.

Unfortunately there was a legitimate reason for this. Due to some CSS quirks, the width could not be accurately calculated for all signatures, so it was removed. I never managed to come up with a workaround for this, and it was a low priority issue so the bug report has been open for a while: ! Forum signature preview glitches
