So, I have been doing the random dances, and when you get rewards it says: It was such a great dance, you've both been given XXX.

Both. That implies that the other person has also gotten those items. Now I've been relatively active in the forums, and dancing etc, and I have not been on the receiving end of any of these random dances. I figured that this was just a bug with the random dances, but it's not, it only seems to be affecting certain users. I have verification from other users that they have received PLENTY (upwards of 30) random dances. They get a special notification about it, and the items they received (and they have received them). I (and other users) have also noticed that I am getting a lot of repeat users for something that's supposed to be random, when there are about 600 active users online.

So it seems like there are certain users 'excluded' from the random dance pool which seems rather unfair, since some of those rewards are really nice, like CSC. So, I'm wondering why this is, and if it can be fixed please. Everyone deserves to have nice rewards.

I too am receiving 0 mystery dances. I've been actively dancing, but haven't received any special alerts of getting them. I too have heard from friends of them getting dedicated pings about it.

I've started to track who I send mystery dances to, and it's been a lot of repeats. :(

I'm willing to give the benefit of a doubt and assume I just haven't matched with anyone (as I haven't received any dances, like ), but I also keep getting repeat matches! Is there a problem with the pool of users it picks from?

One of my favorite parts of the event is seeing everyone matched up on the dance floor and the mystery dance feature is excellent for picking out people I wouldn't have been able to find otherwise (I just had a dance with someone who hadn't posted in years!), so it's just not very fun to get some users repeatedly, or even twice in a row :(

I can confirm that I've definitely received a lot of mystery dances. I haven't deleted any events from the start of the event, and it seems I've received 40 mystery dance invitations by now. I've been trying to figure out if there's anything about my account that differentiates me from the users who have posted, but I can't think of anything. Hopefully this is looked into, so everyone can receive nice mystery prizes!

I also haven't received any mystery dances. I've been dancing (both mystery and regular forum dancing) all day.

I have also been receiving what seems like a large number of mystery dances. I only sent two or three since then event started, and must have received a few dozen ( I've deleted events so I can't say for sure). I know I received at least one from &

I have not turned in any trinkets yet this year and came back to 100+ of each after a few hours afk and a few bags. Seems like something is out of balance?

I haven't gotten a single mystery dance and I'm pretty sure I never got any last year since I record/copy everything...

Just chiming in so I can find this thread again: I've sent plenty of mystery invites, and received mostly repeats now, but received none. I don't think I received any last year either, but it's been a weird year.

Joining the crowd with: I'd still rather be able to send than have the feature removed!

(No idea if they're related, but the "people in the background of your dance floor" pool is also really weird: like the same few people showing up over and over. We've been doing bingo!)

I haven't gotten any Mystery Dances either. I did just dance just now and it claimed me & my partner got some sp and a quest point.

Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I hope this is fixed soon.....

Yeah, I've been surprised that I haven't received a single mystery dance, as I assume a lot of people are giving them out! I've given plenty. Not upset, though. c: I'd prefer to keep it as is than to remove it.

Oh, interesting. Seems I've been excluded too, I didn't even realise but duh of course there would be a unique notification given all the non-trinket prizes. I'm slow sometimes.

Also echoing the better broken than removed entirely, though.
