I am in a good mood because today is my unbirthday and my Alice in Wonderland Unbirthday Tribute CW was recently approved! However, my upcoming workweek is going to be quite hellish. So, to give me something to look forward to and help me stay in good mood, I am hosting a Unbirthday Raffle! All raffle winners will be announced on March 21st.

I love to cook! Here is my very delicious and simple recipe for Cream Cheese Frosting:
Makes 4 cups. Prep time = 0 minutes. Cook time = 5 minutes. Cost = $. Difficulty 1-5 = 1. Gluten-Free.
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened 8 oz. cream cheese softened (brick-style, not spreadable) 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. salt 2 cups powdered sugar
Note: If you want to pipe this icing for decorating, you can add corn starch 1 tbsp. at a time until you reach desired thickness.

Combine butter and cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment (or you may use an electric hand mixer) and beat until creamy, well-combined, and lump-free.

Add vanilla extract and salt and stir well to combine.

With mixer on low, gradually add powdered sugar until completely combined. Enjoy!
