I had cheese puffs for breakfast today since I’m out of milk for cereal. That’s the breakfast of champions, right?
What was your last “Breakfast of Champions” (aka food you probably shouldn’t be eating as a meal)?

I intermittent fast so I actually don’t eat breakfast(my first meal of the day is 1-3 pm depending on when I last ate the night before.) but the last time I actively ate breakfast I had cereal mostly. That is a breakfast item though so uh, ice cream. I’m sure I’ve had ice cream as breakfast at least once, haha.
I think the saddest I've been in a while was when I realized I was out of cereal and ate unsalted roasted peanuts with roasted seaweed because everything else was for lunch.
I don't tend to eat breakfast even when I'm up early (my sleeping schedule is all over the place - fun retail things) so just... whatever I have for lunch is my "breakfast" lol
Today that was chicken strips dipped in hot sauce around 1:30pm.
I forgot that I was out of yogurt (and literally everything else tbh), so my breakfast today was 2 Reeses peanut butter eggs.

Since its absorption can be effected by soy and everything has soy in it, I practically skip breakfast.

I usually just drink an iced coffee with either a pastry or some fruit. I'm never hungry in the mornings and often feel quite nauseous instead :/
My last "breakfast of champions" was raw cake batter and an energy drink...last year in the summer...lol

Anything other than a cereal is a breakfast of a champion for me. If it's sugary, bonus points. If it's a muffin, even better. :'D (I basically eat cereal for breakfast each workday morning because I hate breakfast and can't be bothered lol.)
