1ish month to vesnali.
Last year's thread: The great vesnali 2020 suggestion thread Related discussion: Shengui Guo Teahouse
Threads that are still relevant: Neugarten suggestions 2021
General themes for vesnali are: -Everything you would associate with easter (except explicitly christian elements): Bunnies, eggs, baby animals, flowers -gardening -The tempest, the storm pet color and other thunderstorm related things. -It is also the 4th anniversary of NPC Esther and NPC Emma's wedding. The 4th year is the Fruit/Flowers/linnen/silk/(electrical)appliances anniversary according to wikipedia
Ideas: -As inspired by the embroidery floss from the februari monthly collection xXxXx -Yard games xX -Hiking sandals -lawn furniture -Fences that line up with : xXx[email protected]?v=1549823903">X -bird nests x -knee grass stains that you can just layer over any pants you want
This is a very selfish suggestion, but one of my pets needs a ladder for his TC. I think Vesnali is the most relevant holiday to suggest it for. A ladder shaped book would be perfect.
Ooh I would love something like this set but with different colors of sand. Tan sand, black sand, pink sand, white sand--Anakin Skywalker would be upset with me, lol
OOH wheelbarrows!! I'd love a wheelbarrow full of soil that I could layer behind my HA. omg wait. Wheelbarrow full of soil, wheelbarrow full of grass trimmings, wheelbarrow full of dead leaves, wheelbarrow full of naked branch trimmings.. an empty wheelbarrow.. AH. Crap XDD
Now I'm getting really excited for spring!
EDIT: I always try to recommend things that can be made in a set, lol.
I would love to see some fruit bouquets. Pretty and edible!
As I mentioned in another thread, I think there should be another vote to decide if we would rather keep waiting for the Teahouse and then the Garden revamp and Lower West Side map, or if we want the latter two to be released first. It's been nearly 4 years and I feel like the Gardens and map could have been done already if not for the first vote. We've also had a lot of new users since then. And if the staff are allowed to change their minds about things, then so are we.
As for items, I would like to see some held tree branches. And maybe some borders of different plants as well.
i am back another year to suggest bicycles again lmao
flowery bicycles
A vote wouldn't change anything - imo, the teahouse would curbstomp the map revamp and garden revamp.
New stuff has a big advantage over revamping things that well, people don't use. As much as I want a garden revamp (and how many millions I spent on that option), I know it doesn't stand a chance against a new feature,
Anyway. I'd like to see more wearable berry bushes.
This is an odd request, but honestly, I feel like they could go the pun route with this since there's a flower known as the Jacob's Ladder. It could be just a ladder by that name, a la and other items whose name means one thing but is visually literal. The description could say "Were you expecting the flower?" It could be a fun one-off item.
Just popping in here to say I love bunnies always and forever and they are always relevant. MORE BUNNIES
Vesnali always has my favorite cute items of the year, but here are some ideas anyway!
Wearables: • Cute pastel overalls/overall dresses like . • Flowy-sleeved shirts that will layer well under the overalls, like and • Cute simple ponytails in natural colors as well as pastels, example. • Box braids example • Fruit berets (apple, orange, lemon, pear, peach, etc) example 1, example 2, example 3 • More cute bird friends in similar size/positions as . I use these a lot because they're the perfect position to compliment most HAs without getting covered or otherwise interfering with the HA itself. • the famous strawberry dress on the left • Hairstyles that match and (and similar)
Food: • Donut pops example • Butter Lamb (an Easter tradition that is hilarious, please google for more pictures!!) example • Heart-Shaped Eggy in a Basket example • Cloud Eggs example • Matcha and sakura-flavored sweets • Fruit and/or herbal flavored waters
Misc: • Cute egg cups example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4 • CUTE FROGS n' TOADS n' TADPOLES • Crayons, markers, other craft supplies • Teapots with tea cozies • ducks n' geese • Egg Dyeing Supplies
Books: • Froggie Friends • Egg Dyeing Patterns or Kit • Bird-watching/Identifying
Sunflower hair clips, anklets, rings!
More bicycles!
Flowing hair with flowers woven into them and petals fluttering
More falling petals of various flowers and colors!
Flower infused teas and drinks! More plz!
Subeta pets dressed in flowers as plushies!
I FORGOT THE BLUBS
• Clover Blub • Teabag Blub • Teapot Blub • Sun + Moon Blubs • Cherry Blub (twin blubs on a stem!) • Painted Egg Blub • FRIED EGG BLUB (tiny face in the yolk! omg!!!!)
For 4th electrical, I suggest there should be a seagull-safe wind turbine backdrop, and a storm toaster.
more items like
wearable golden shovel + watering can
May I suggest egg juggling? Bonus for broken eggs on the ground.
Oh, that would be really good for having limbs in different poses, since each holiday now seems to release items that involve that (except New Years I think?).
Has anyone mentioned birds yet? More birds are always good. Maybe some bird plushies or stickers, or both.
So many of the suggestions already made are very exciting.
's suggestions are awesome especially the overalls and fruit berets. Blubs there will never be to many blubs.
In addition to 's request I would love to have an old fashioned windmill. Not sure if I want a Dutch style one or the kind you see on the American plains more, but both both is good. In addition to 's wheel barrow idea. Could our HA sit in one? :) A slightly rusty red one.
Here are a few ideas I had.
Book Ideas Melittology or apicology (The study of bees) Apiary or beehive Storing honey Harvesting beeswax and/or honey Uses for beeswax and/or honey Royal jelly Tools for beekeeping or apiculture Best sources of pollen Pest in the apiary or beehive and how to handle them Farmer's Almanac Weather watching Weather guides Light in the garden (Sunny areas, shady areas) Water How much plants need Plants that are drought tolerant (like succulents/cacti) Flowers that bloom at night
Wearables -A beehive (there is more than one style Horizontal Langstroth Hive, Vertical Langstroth Hive, Skeps) The first two styles are frequently painted, usually in light colors to help control the temp in the hive but as you can see you can also have fun with it. -Tops in different colors with our HA holding a flower pot like this with ferns, mini roses, pansys, daisies, primroses, forget-me-nots, or other small plants -long skirts similar to the Ornamented Skirts only shorter at least in front so they still show off our shoes maybe lacy but no ruffles and not wind blown -Summer party tables (an aniversary, birthday party, a tea party and a fun spring/summer party spread on a picnic table) Not sure if I would rather see my HA sit or stand at the table. Maybe if it was drawn just right it would look like they were sitting if the base was behind the table and standing if in front of it. -Clouds we have rain clouds and stormy clouds so we need some happy spring/summer clouds. It would be awesome to see thin and wispy ones and plump cheerful ones. I'm thinking Cirrus, Altocumulus, and Cumulonimbus in various colors, like white, pink/peach, yellow, and maybe sunset colors. It would be nice if they were a little sheer at the edges so they blend into what ever background I put them on. We already have the Cotton Wool Cloud Kit but they are hanging and they come a little to low to look right with most of the backgrounds. -Fields of flowers I would love to see fields of sunflowers and tulips maybe even other spring flowers, and maybe some like Japan’s Hitachi Seaside Park or wildflowers. -Indoor plants please. To name a few (Ferns, Bamboo Palm, Philodendron vine, hoya vine, Bird of Paradise in bloom, Bromeliad, Monstera, Chinese Fan Palm, rubber tree plant, Fiddle Leaf Fig, Bonsai) -Shade you gave us so much beautiful sunshine last year could we get some shade dappled shade (indigo or Prussian blue, light gray, dark gray, dark amber, dark green and maybe a dark red-violet or violet) -Fireflys done similar to the Spooky Jack-o-Lantern from Genetech -Garlands like the ones from Morostide only with flowers, bunnies, cute frogs, bows, and chicks or maybe just solid colors or two tone color. (It would be fun to see this in Louis L'Amour's shop too but its a little late for that suggestion)
