I made an HA earlier with one of my hair salon hairs and it was working just fine. I saved my HA and then I'm back to work on it. The hair shows in the preview, but the hair won't load after I click "try on". When I look at the left side of the screen, instead of showing what style of hair you have (example: Hair: Legacy Style), it says hair: 95. When I try to add that hair style again, it won't add it. I think that style is broken.

I just want to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

Weird having no problem try clearing cache and cookies

I’m on mobile and I’ll try loading my HA to see if the hair is working. I’ll still clear my cache my cookies on the desktop when I get around to it

[edit] The hair won’t load. Still says hair: 95 (Delish Fall). I cleared my mobile browser and data and it didn’t change, then wardrobe crashed my browser which is something new

Not sure if you are still having an issue, but I was having the same issue. The only thing that fixed it for me was getting the HA completely naked, then changing the hair color to roughly what I wanted, then recreating the outfit (loading the saved outfit didn't work). Then I was able to mess with the more in the hair salon. I saved a new version and that new version loaded everything correctly, even when I tried to play with the hair color again

I’ll try your suggestion when I come home or even tomorrow. I’ll let you know if it works. Even other saved HAs won’t load the salon hair

I haven’t been able to try it yet. I create my HAs and I have to save them and then try them on to add hair. Then after I save the completed HA, I go to try it on days later to wear and the hair won’t load on.

I’ll do the naked bing tomorrow as I’ll have time. What I did notice was that my current HA was saved and this hair works. I’ve noticed not all styles will work
