I am unable to access my wardrobe at all at the moment, when I click it all I get is an error saying “ You must be logged in to view this page”. I am already logged in and all other site features seem to be working fine, just wardrobe not letting me in. I’ve tried clearing cache and logging in again. Anyone else having this issue?

I have been having this issue on my PC since the last Wardrobe update (so a few months this has been going on for me). On my Galaxy S10 new Subeta runs perfectly fine, I can see my subscription, pets, wardrobe, cosmetics, CW shop etc.

However on my PC (Using Google Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88), I cannot access any of these features. I too get "You must be logged in to view this page." on the wardrobe page. On the subscriptions page, it doesn't display my selected subscription at all. Meanwhile the cosmetics page are indefinitely "Loading, please wait..." I can access my pets after a very long load time..

Usually an icon of your Avatar is displayed on the new dashboard (which is displayed on my phone), however that is completely missing from the dashboard on my PC.

Ironically though, I can see my pending CW submission I placed earlier and also my denials.. but none of the other cw shop management pages are working for me. The CW database and information pages are loading fine however. I don't want to have to painstakingly sort my cw shop on my phone >_<

I have cleared my cache dozens of times, logged out and back in, un-installed Chrome and then re-installed it to no avail.. I'm not sure what else I can do to fix the issue on my end.

I hope that the programmers can figure this issue out, because if I can't use the new Subeta on my PC I'm afraid I'd be spending less time here. I can't do everything here on my phone :(

Okay months worth of problems resolved now?? I hope everything is fixed for everyone else that was experiencing this!!

that’s strange! I haven’t had the wardrobe issue since the 14th, wonder whats up with it.. :o Good you managed to get in after a bit!

the only thing i can think of is when i log in on mobile, i often have to log back in on my desktop later (& i don't think i used to have to). so that maybe confused the wardrobe on if im logged in or not. but coding?? idk her & i dont know if that applies to everyone whose had the problem.

i leave my adblock alone for one second and it wants to ruin my fashion 😔 i'll mess with it if it happens again. ty bug!

the same procedure as every year... site no stop load, kiss from profiles no working... u must be logged in... in wardrobe... and every page is laaaagggyyy...

I turned off uBlock Origin and I'm still getting the login page error.

Ah, whitelisting seems to help. I still get the "you must be logged in" error at first but then it reloads and lets me into the wardrobe. I guess before I must have just x'd out of the page immediately and never stayed long enough to see if it would reload.
