If you are having this issue, the number one culprit that usually causes this is improperly configured privacy settings in your browser. The wardrobe is at new.subeta.net but it has to be able to make requests to sapi.subeta.net in order to get your user details and do anything else on the website. Please make sure you are whitelisting subeta.net, new.subeta.net, and sapi.subeta.net and that these domains are allowed to talk to each other. Make sure you allow local storage and cookies. Please also check your adblock rules, and any other browser extensions, at the least to rule out their influence, and make sure none of those might be blocking any *.subeta.net requests. This has been the issue like 99% of the time whenever this is reported.
