Hair Won't Load?

Hi all! I unlocked a hairstyle from the Cash Shop a little while ago but every time I attempt to put it on, the page... breaks? Fails to load? I don't seem to have any luck getting the UI to work at all for adding hairstyles that aren't items. Thanks for any help!

Are you trying to add it with clothes on? This is a known issue and you can find the board below. If this is NOT the issue please let me know.

It won't even let me put it on when I clear everything off of my HA. I take everything off, scroll over to hair and I click on it and it loads to a blank page.
