Thank you for the enthusiasm for our new subscriptions! We've signed up hundreds of users and have started collecting excellent feedback from the first week of use.
We have an update for users who had existing stripe "pay and save" subscriptions, or who had purchased months of GA at a time. First, thank you to everyone who purchased more than one month of GA at a time, your faith in the site is 😍 what keeps us going.
First, we added PayPal as a payment option! We're looking into adding more payment options including apple pay and google pay in the upcoming weeks. If there is a payment processor that is used in your home country that would make signing up easier, please let us know as well.
Second, If you have 2+ months of gold account and would like to subscribe for the new subscriptions, please make a create a ticket and a UA will convert your remaining GA time in cash shop credits (rounded up, of course) so you won't be wasting that perk of the subscriptions.
We're also aware of a small number of users who are unable to register for the new subscriptions (they get sent to the "thank you" page page, but with no charge to their card or subscription benefits) and we are working to resolve that as soon as possible.

I had 2 months from the old subscription model (my dashboard for the gold account says 2 months 4 weeks) and already switched over the the new one. Is it too late to get the CSC refund?

Thanks for the update, I was about to comment that problem, I cancel my old sub. and buy a $10 new plan but I didn't get any accreditation;
I didn't know that was an option. Thank you for letting me be able to convert my unused subscription to CSC. :)

The cash shop will eventually move over to new.subeta.net using this same purchasing system, so if we add google pay to the subscriptions it should work for everything else 🎉

Google Pay? Are we talking about those gift cards or is it something else? x)
The gift cards are a part of Google Pay. With GP you can pay with a credit card linked to your google acc too.

Thanks for the update. Just sent a ticket in. Apparently I've got over a year and 4 months of GA time active. That's a looot of CSC!

I do google rewards surveys sometimes and get money for their store... I wonder if I could use that balance when GP is integrated.

Hey everyone- I've just made a change so that this issue will display a proper error message instead of sending you to the "thank you" page. If you experience this issue, please file a ticket and copy-paste the exact error message into the ticket. (Just mention in the ticket that Bug asked you to make it, so it gets forwarded to me.) That would be super helpful to me as I continue debugging this issue. Tysm!

Now I'm confused. I always bought a one year gold medal because I didn't want the hassle paying each month.
What is going to happen to my GA Account? (time left: 6 months, 1 week, 2 days)
I have to buy each month a subscription instead of using a gold medal?
There is no option for a year subscription?
What kind of subscription gives me the same (or procimately the same) extra's as the gold account?
All new subscriptions have a GA attached to it. Every tier except the lowest one offers extras on top of the GA. The lowest tier is just the GA alone. You can file a ticket as Keith explained to get a refund for the GA time you have leftover if you plan to subscribe to one of the new subscriptions.
There is no yearly subscriptions yet as this is a new system and therefore will require feedback from users before they implement longer subscription plans.
I really dislike how Paypal is implemented for payments. When I set up my subscription, I was able to choose what payment method attached to my Paypal that I wanted to use (card A, card B, or my bank account directly). However when I went to purchase CSC a day or two later, I could not choose what method I wanted to use on my Paypal. I tried to change it (card A) but it still defaulted to the incorrect one twice (card B, which is being replaced so its inactive, followed by bank account). Luckily it wasn't too big a deal, but its definitely frustrating and makes me worry about future subscription charges and CSC purchases going to the wrong payment method.
On every other site I've used Paypal on, I'm able to choose with attached payment method I want to use with every purchase. Having a set payment for the subscription makes sense but I'm not even sure if its set in stone for that either.
