I still want to know if the bonus item is given out at a specific time of the month each time or if you always get it at the time you first subscribed. I just want to know if it's better to subscribe today or wait until later next month.

- I subscribed yesterday and got the item instantly However I am a little concerned because it says my renewal date is sept 1st which surely means I will not get the august item. (If I don't then I will file a ticket).

That's why I'm not sure, especially with months like February. I hope a staff member can clear this up for us?

EDIT: According to Amber, users who are already subscribed get the items when they're released, so hopefully that means no one should have to worry about their payments skipping over a month.

i can't seem to access the subscriptions on chrome. the loading symbol just spins infinitely and then disappears. i saw the payment options pop up once on the $10/mo sub, but only the once. had to load up firefox to get anything working. might be worth looking into! i tried hard refreshing, clearing my cache, turning off adblock, etc., but nothing worked.

love the subscriptions, though! lots of positive changes happening on the site, which is great to see <3

I subscribed yesterday and got July's item, so I guess that means they're around until the next bonus item is released, rather than only being available until the end of the month.

Is there any time frame yet for incorporating more/other perks into the subscriptions?

I really would like to start a higher rank subscription but, for me as a pet person, there are just no perks that would justify this step for me and my bank account.

Hint: The possibility to rename Pets more than once per month would be nice for example.

Or (not pet related) being able to change your user name twice per month.

Well now Amber's said that she was wrong and the item is actually recieved when the next payment goes through. Darn it. I don't want to have to wait the rest of the month to get the new item, maybe there could be an option to pay some sp or CSC to get it sooner or something?

I think I'm going to need to cancel my subscription and then re-subscribe when the next item comes out simply because of how impatient I am. That won't be too hard to do, will it?

Hey, for anyone who would like to not be gifted buddy accounts, you can now block them in your preferences, here!

I can't find this anywhere (sorry!) but had a question on subscriptions before I take the plunge:

1. If you don't use/send out the Buddy Gold Account or the Custom Wearable Voucher(s) for the month, do they roll over or are they lost automatically?

For example: Save up buddy vouchers and give them away during Luminare. Save up the CSC and use in whatever month I want, etc. This is all assuming I keep an active subscription of course.

Yes, they roll over. You can save and then use all for Luminare as your example.
