Oh wait, you do! There was that text, from a scrambled number: out of time and space the nowhere shop comes uninvited to a location near you

But most don't. Although, most people don't ever end up here, so perhaps the point is moot?

However, you're one of the lucky, or maybe unlucky, few who take the few strides needed to step from their old life into something new. Something perilous, fraught with choices and consequences. Is it worth it? Well, only you know that.

You don't remember stepping into the shop, but it's definitely real. Dust motes drift lazily in the air, the slow downward spiral illuminated by the prismatic light filtering through the stained glass ceiling. You crane your head back, drinking in the scene depicted, and squinting your eyes against the softened glare of the sun. The light sinks into you like a gentle hug; sparse affection from someone you once knew, a long lost lover mayhaps? You shake your head, casting the cobwebs of nostalgia off your mind. You can't quite focus on the image depicted above you and - was it important? What were you trying to look at?

There's soft chiming as the various gizmos and gadgets sputter and click, their cogs whirring in place as mechanical wings and limbs move. Empty eyes stare at you from their place in unmoving faces, little doll limbs locked into place. Creepy. From the corner of your eye, you spot a tapestry with a moving serpent, ever eating it's own tail. The slow, yet unending move of time, and yet here... time seems to stand still.

You glance around furtively, looking for whoever should be in charge of this shop. A soft cough draws your attention to the person seated behind the large, solid wooden counter, with intricate curls and spirals carved into it. They seem.... grumpy to say the least, but their stoic expression gives nothing away. Calm, icy blue eyes stare at you in expectation. Just as you're about to speak, questions burning in your mind, the front door of the shop slams open behind you.

"Oi, Shopkeeper!"

The person entering seems exasperated even before they see you, and yet when your eyes meet, they smile broadly. Green eyes wrinkle into a smile, dimples showing proudly.

"Good Day, esteemed guest! We're glad to have you here! Don't let our dear Shopkeeper scare you away, they're always like this. My name is Sullivan and I am the Assistant!"

They lean closer and almost conspiratorially whisper,

"How may we help you today?" [/font]
