Today I signed on to a whole bunch of my trades "cancelled due to inactivity". I had made sure to only create one per day, so I wouldn't have problems recreating it, when it runs out. Today I had a mess of items in my inventory and of course it took a while to try to rearrange them, which I wasn't totally successful at, anyway. But, sorry, I don't have time for this, esp. now, with so much to do with event battling and esp. the legacy shop business. Not funny!!!!
Hi and thank you for letting us know about this issue. I will try to test it by making some trades of my own (1 per day) and see if the same thing happens to me. Please don't worry about it, and I will let you know when I have an update (I guess in about 2 weeks!)

I wasn't sure if anyone was aware of that issue.
I'm not sure if this is connected but I've noticed another problem with the Trade Centre. I'm not sure why but when I search for a specific user it runs very slow. I'm getting a lot of Error 520 pages as well as the Application Error pages with the grey hexagon when I try and search for things. I'm not getting them anywhere else. I've tried opening another tab and going to other areas of the site and it's running just fine.
Is anyone else having trouble searching the Trade Centre?
Thanks for your patience, - I figured out what happened. This turns out to be related to issues we have had with the cron (the code that runs automatically every so often, and handles things that happen daily)
It seems that this failed to expire your trades for a few days, and when it finally succeeded, it expired the whole backlog at once, causing all those items to get dumped into your inventory at once. We apologize for this inconvenience. It does not seem like the issue is still happening, though we are still actively looking into other issues with the cron, so I will lock this up now. I hope this gives you some answers at least!
