sMail glitch?

I checked my sMail inbox and outbox today and neither one shows the messages I sent/received from a player in the past week. Everything is dated over a month ago.
when sending a message to user Senti I get an error saying "user not found"
when using comments and click P2P it only shows comments received by Senti but doesn't show what i've sent to her
I hope they fix this soon because I am definitely here lol

Outbox is blank, page opens but no content. Unable to delete any sent sMails.

I'm trying to get a clearer idea of what issues everyone is having with sMail. Here are the reports we have so far; could everyone please let me know what problems are happening or not happening for you, and if any problems were happening but seem to have stopped?

Some (but not all) sMails not showing up in inbox. For example, you get an alert saying you received an sMail, but all the sMails in your inbox are dated from before the alert.

Your Outbox is completely blank. (Is this still happening, and has anyone experienced other parts of sMail being completely blank such as the inbox?)

When replying to an sMail, getting an error that says User does not exist.

- Outbox is still completely blank and has no pages to it, I have a few thousand sent mails in there sorry, been lax deleting them and now I can't. The other folders are fine and have more than one page.

Trying to reply to an smail in my inbox. Twice I&;ve gotten the error, "User does not exist!".
Their account is active, their ID obviously hasn&;t changed. Sending smails works, I sent one to another user just fine.
Using the most recent version of Google Chrome & I have not cleared my cache recently, though I don&;t know if that matters.
I'm having the user does not exist issue as well. I sent a smail to this user this morning and it was fine, but now they will no longer send to that user : I'm also unable to comment her for some reason.
edit: wanted to add that both mails (the one that worked and the one that didn't) were replies.
I'm now getting a "message does not exist" error that I wasn't getting before.

For some people they cannot even see the first page because the shop is too large to load. We have tested on a massive shops like that, that didn&;t load at all, - for example, the one mentioned in the first post was super large and it still moved all 22,200+ items successfully. It will take a bit of time but nothing will be deleted without making absolutely certain that it&;s made it into your vault first! And you will be able to watch the items trickle into your vault if it helps with peace of mind. <3
Wondering if this is the same reason I cannot see any posts in sMail outbox because it is too big to load. There is no pagination in my outbox page source code for that folder, there is for all the other folders. Checked with a friend and they do have pagination in their outbox page source code.

Okay, I've made some changes that hopefully should have resolved these issues :)
Could you please try now and let me know if everything is working? If you are still having issues, please be specific in describing what issues.
In particular your outbox, and large folders/inboxes/outboxes in general, should now display faster and be correctly paginated.

Hello and thank you for looking into this. I have managed to delete all but 144/150 of outbox mails. Pagination does not work it sends me back to my inbox which is now not in the correct date order and does not display who the sMail is from.

Brilliant thank you just checked and they are now the correct date order and I can get to the second page in outbox and one other folder. The others are under filled. Names are back too. Whew, it was good to get those old ones cleared, I'll try and visit it more often to trim it down :D

Hello! I've been working on fixes for these issues. When you get a chance, could you please let me know if you still get the "user does not exist" or "message does not exist" errors?

People are getting the error "user not found" when attempting to smail me.
When I send a smail it acts like it sends but then it does not show in my outbox and the user does not respond, so I assume they are not getting them.
I also attempted to both smail and comment some code to a user and both went through as 100 % blank messages. I had a some text before the scode for sharing code was used so I would assume the messages would have at least contained that. [edit]
Noted, thank you. I am still actively working on this issue. Is anyone else experiencing problems with sending sMails that go through as blank messages?
