I'm trying to get a clearer idea of what issues everyone is having with sMail. Here are the reports we have so far; could everyone please let me know what problems are happening or not happening for you, and if any problems were happening but seem to have stopped?

1. Some (but not all) sMails not showing up in inbox. For example, you get an alert saying you received an sMail, but all the sMails in your inbox are dated from before the alert.

2. Your Outbox is completely blank. (Is this still happening, and has anyone experienced other parts of sMail being completely blank such as the inbox?)

3. When replying to an sMail, getting an error that says User does not exist.

4. When sending a new sMail, getting an error that says User does not exist.

Okay, I've made some changes that hopefully should have resolved these issues :)

Could you please try now and let me know if everything is working? If you are still having issues, please be specific in describing what issues.

In particular your outbox, and large folders/inboxes/outboxes in general, should now display faster and be correctly paginated.

Hello! I've been working on fixes for these issues. When you get a chance, could you please let me know if you still get the "user does not exist" or "message does not exist" errors?

Noted, thank you. I am still actively working on this issue. Is anyone else experiencing problems with sending sMails that go through as blank messages?

Oh awesome. And have you been able to send and receive sMails lately, and it works correctly? Like they show up with everything you wrote in them and are not blank? I think this is happening to some users, maybe not 100% of the time, and I'm trying to investigate how/when that error happens

Thanks for letting me know about this! Turns out it wasn't as fixed as I hoped. I am back to actively debugging this issue, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime!

Do you know if this happens with ALL pre-existing sMails you try to reply to, or only with specific users?
