hello! for the past maybe week or so, the alert system hasn't been sending me alerts for a couple specific activities. before this period of time i had no issue with receiving alerts, but now i do not seem to be getting any for bonding with a minion at shengui guo OR training pets at the training center.

since the bond with minion alert only happens once a day, i thought it may be error on my part and i was deleting it from my events tab without noticing. however, i have been noticing the ruffle raffle alert once a day as usual. i've tried clicking "set alert" more than once so i'd get a duplicate alert to help ensure i'd notice it, but nothing seems to be coming through. considering i've also had trouble with the training center i think at this point that it's more likely to be a site issue than user error. my minion progress keeps getting reset because without the alert i forget about it and miss the bonding window ;;

as for the training center, i usually only set an alert for one pet if i'm training multiple so i don't get 10+ alerts telling me each individual pet is done with its session. when i noticed that i suddenly wasn't getting an alert for when my pet was done training, i tried setting alerts for each pet in hopes that at least one would go through properly, but i haven't seen any of them work.

(also: i haven't been playing subeta tiles/using the alert for it this past week, but i did try setting it once today and didn't seem to get an alert. this one might also have the same issue but i'm not as sure.)

EDIT: so it seems the alerts that are not working are the training center, bonding with minion, subeta tiles, and the crypts

random, ice fields, decanter of indestructibility, scratchcard, fishing, mallarchy pond, balloon hunt, ring toss, and ruffle raffle alerts have all been working normally for me.

i know functionality issues are to be expected between the server move and other work that staff have been doing on the site, so this may be something that would get cleared up as those other general functionality issues are resolved, but i thought it wouldn't hurt to bring attention to it and see if anyone else was experiencing the same :)

I came here to report that I wasn't getting alerts for when my pet finished training, but I see it's not just me. I really hope they sort that out.

Alerts are not working for tiles, training, resort and other areas. Bluff alert is working but the game isn't. Everything seemed to be working before the maintenance so hope they get this all fixed soon with all the holiday events coming up.

Same here. Alerts are not working at all. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem though

Same, I've been missing alerts for Dara for quite a few days. Hope it gets fixed soon. I'm usually using Chrome for Android to access the site.
