Can't order pet treasure

I tried to move some items around that I'd just added to Qihanna's treasure chest and this is what showed up after I clicked "Order Treasure Chest".
Tried again, and the same thing happened.
That's not even my user ID or pet ID!

The one time I decided to re-order my pet treasure chests en-masse, and I find that it's also not working for me. If it helps anything, I get the exact same string of numbers on page load, .
Thanks ! I have some huge TCs so I really don't want to let things pile up at the top or bottom too long, although click-to-move is a godsend.

Do you remember which pet it was for you?
Do you get this error with every pet you own?

I haven't tried to update any of my other pets. Would you like me to?
ETA: I was able to move an item in Vraissirl's tc with no problem!
