I received a random event for a free spin at the Spooky Chance Surprise. It displayed I had won a Nightmare Jacket, however this did not end up in my inventory. :(

Same here. I also won a free spin. Supposedly I won a Crowley Quill, but it did not show up in my inventory.

I think it's being looked into, but in the meantime you can file a ticket and they can hopefully give you the item you missed out on.
