So I won a with a free spin at the Spooky Chance Surprise earned by TOTing earlier today but it never appeared in my inventory. There was no error message at any time. I used account search and it is nowhere to be found. Now to me this isn't worth the effort of filing a ticket to get it back but I figured I should give notice this is happening.

Same here. I stupidly back-traced from my inventory to the machine to check if everything went ok, or if I missed having to click or confirm something in order to get the item, and it spinned again and took 100 CSC. :/

i wish i could remember which book i got on my first spin (i know the hover said it was selling for 2mil) but when i realised it hadn't shown up i reopened the closed tab and spun again and got Quentin's wig...i thought it still had a free spin as that's what it said when i reopened the tab, but maybe it took 100csc, not sure. guess i better pay better attention next time -_-'
