I always loved Harvest Moon, have been playing it since I was a wee little lass!

I was kinda bummed that the series name had to change when the deal with Natsume broke off, but Story of seasons has been nothing but pleasant so far - I finally got my hands on Trio of Towns, it's the sweetest thing!

Have you guys been playing titles, or like to play other farming games?

I love Stardew Valley too, and I have been thinking about trying My Time at Portia sometime too.

Currently waiting for the Friends of Mineral Town reboot on the switch ;A; Doraemon just came out, but I want my full story of seasons experience.

Oh god, the reboot! Everyone is so excited for it, and not gonna lie, me too. FoMT is probably one of the most favorites of the series because it was the first HM of many people, but also the gameplay had so much to offer! Not to mention the fact we could have finally some decent romance sob

Doraemon is super cute, i wanted to check the Popolocrois version as well, but the new Trio had me looking much more excited!

Not a fan of character redesigns in FoMT Reboot, but what can you do? It's cool they're introducing a new bachelor/ette. Now I can chase someone other than Gray... lol

I've been playing a lot of Stardew Valley with my co-worker. Into winter of the first year haha.

I kinda dig the new looks, it's a bit refreshing since I still like playing the old one -- but I can see it might not be everyone's cup of tea on how some changes were so drastic! I wish they kept Ann more tomboyish but oh well. But I like the new characters too!

Also, oh sweet! SDV is great, I was making some horse mods for it a while ago, but life got a lil bitty in the way - I might try to release it later this year still :x

I love Harvest Moon and Rune Factory. I've been planning on getting Stardew Valley on my Switch, but I just haven't done it yet.

There is a new Switch game coming out that looks cool. Its called Re: Legend. I'll probably check that one out. It seems the most similar to Rune Factory.

I love the harvest moon series but (unpopular opinion time) I feel like they are getting worse and worse especially graphics wise. I've been really disappointed in the last games on the 3DS. So I haven't picked anything up since then.

That being said I absolutely loved and adored stardew valley. It was precious and perfect. It's defiantly one of my favorites.

Has anyone played My Time in Portlandia?

Definitely eager to get the Friends of Mineral Town remake! Rick and Mary are my favorite marriage candidates in the entire series and I'm really excited to see them again! (Not sure how I feel about Rick's new design - his dweebiness was part of the appeal! - but I'm eager to see how the new look comes across in the game!)

The reason the games seem so different now is because Natsume lost the rights to the 'real' series - anything Harvest Moon in the last few years is not the same series, but Natsume's own creation after they lost the NA rights. For something more like classic Harvest Moon, look for the title Story Of Seasons. That's the real deal!

I love Stardew Valley a lot! Especially since I can raise rabbits!

I played story of seasons. I liked both of them alot. Guess that makes complete sense lol. I don't keep up with game news too much anymore.
