Hello, folks, and a (hopefully) happy Monday to you all!
You may notice that we've made a few changes to the Ticket Center. The most noteworthy change is that we've simplified and streamlined the process a bit, and overall made it easier to get to where you need to go when you need some staff help.

Just noticed this when I went to look at a response for my open ticket. It looks really nice!
It will be really nice not to panic looking at topics to submit under now x'D TY

Some Problems & Bugs are exploitable, and it's against the Rules to post about them. The Ticket Center should say this.

Never fear! If you click the "I want to report a bug" link, it directs you appropriately:
If the bug is exploitable: Please click here to file a ticket.
All other bug reports should be posted in the Problems and Bugs Forums.

Do they really need to be expandable menus?
Why not just have them all always expanded and save people a click. It's not even cluttered with all 4 expanded out.

I think it looks much more friendly now - all those old categories were scary specially for newbies great job, thank you!

I like the little clarifications when you pick a category, that will make it much easier for new and returning users to figure out where to make their reports. So-so on the expandable categories. They look neat, but while they don't add anything for me, they don't take anything away either. I've been here long enough to know where and why to make a ticket, but a newbie might need a nudge in the right direction. If that one extra click ends up grating my nerves in the coming months, I'll likely bookmark the page to create a ticket.
I also see that the tedious category selection when making a new ticket has been nixed. 🙏 Big thank you for that, the categorization felt confusing and incomplete. Always made me feel like I was going to put my ticket in the wrong category.
Looks like the tickets themselves have gotten a little bit of TLC too!
I don't have any active tickets right now, but I'm guessing they're shown on the main ticket page, the one with the two antlephores?
I don't see the wording of the "If the bug is exploitable: Please click here to file a ticket" part being too big of an issue personally, but I've been here for ages and I'm familiar with the ropes. If it makes anyone else's brain itch, maybe rewording it a little might be worth considering?
