I have had problems with the autopricer for weeks. I filed a ticket and was told to make sure I did not try to price right away after quick stocking, to wait at least 15 minutes. Even though I knew at the time that was not the issue I complied. I have been a good girl and not complained about it anymore but truly, I am fed up with it!
I just tried to price two different shops. The shop that I had JUST quick stocked priced right away, no problems at all! However. The shop that had not had anything stocked to it in hours? Not so much. It went through the first two steps seemingly just fine. I displayed the correct number of items stocked in the shop, etc. But when I got to step three it showed 382 items being priced, 382 items completed. I still have 6 pages of items in that shop that have not been priced. The shop that I just quick stocked has 0 unpriced items. And no, not all of them had prices to begin with.
I am aware that I can file a ticket and have the shop reset and that would be great. But nothing ever gets fixed that way. In fact, the last time I submitted a ticket it was not answered till the next day anyway so there was nothing to reset. (YES, I know people have lives!)
Can you tell I am frustrated?
@ Georgie I'm trying to find an example just for curiosity.
Did this autopricing problem happen to your shop sP-end? https://subeta.net/user_shops.php/shop/340
I don't know if the autopricer missed this: Angelic Mallarchy Cookie Display Only 2 in stock
This is the result that shows up when I search for that item inside the shop: Angelic Mallarchy Cookie Display Only 1 in stock
I don't know if this is a related issue, but I'm still noticing discrepancies between the actual amount stocked (from the shop search and shop itself) and search results (from inside the shop). It certainly has been acknowledged, but I thought it's been resolved.
Edit: Oh I think the "1 in stock" result is happening for everything. That certainly isn't correct!
That actually is one of the items. And it was a good theory. And I do have 2 of them in there. However, there are lots of items that I only actually have one of and they are also unpriced.
That's really strange to have the autopricer sparsely pricing items. It's extremely rare for me to encounter this, and even so the batch of items were all alphabetically beside each other. I hope there will be a way to figure out why this is happening to your shop. (Or recreate the shop?)
I can't say with absolute certainty but I am pretty sure it has happened in my other shop too. Ands it doesn't always happen. Sometimes it goes perfectly. But it is frequently enough to be really annoying.
We are very sorry about your issues with the Autopricer, . I understand it's extremely frustrating. We are doing our best to investigate the issue.

Thanks, . I can hardly believe I am the only one having the problem. I know I am special but not THAT special! :P
Thank you for fixing the search results from inside the shop. (FYI, it started a few months ago when "Remove One" from account search was problematic and search results were affected.)
I wonder what else could have caused the autopricer to have problems? My other guess is to check the item IDs, but it's difficult on the user's side as it changes each time the item gets moved.
Are you still experiencing problems with the autopricer?

I am. Not consistently but occasionally.
EDIT
variation on a theme:

07/22 Shop: sP-end Two Loaded and submitted prices for 2054 items Autopriced: 1192 / 1192 Complete 2 pages unpriced items
07/27 I have not been updating this post but let me just say that now it is every time I try to price a shop. I have given up on trying to price every day but I like to at least on weekends. It is not just the lag. I can price one shop with no problem at all and can spend 3 hours trying to get prices to submit to the server.
Would it be any different if I just created a new shop and moved all the items to it? I don't even know what else to try at this point.
08/05 A few days in a row I was going to come post to say things seem to be working fine. BUt I thought maybe I should wait a bit just to be sure. I was right. 104 / 104 Complete Total Unique Items 1,639/2,500
So, yeah, still having issues
Also having issues with this, and this is honestly the only reason I have a GA.
spend two: 1405 / 1405 Complete however the shop has 2,406 items
still having problems? I just had 19 / 19 Complete and 1806 / 1806 Complete on shops of 2k+
thankfully not since, but I literally stop everything I am doing just to watch my AP and boy howdy honestly aping is so clunky I didnt realise the three screen process and how cumbersome it is
tho with you saying you're only getting half shop pricings I wouldn't be surprised if I havent noticed since my stock goes quick so I would 'trust' if there were only 1.5k items being priced..
626 / 626 Complete
in other words. this is still happening. NOT THAT ANYONE CARES
1001 / 1001 Complete BS
437 / 437 Complete
i noticed mine did this the other day. one of the reasons I hardly ever auto price. is yours any better ?
Actually , no.But thanks for caring. Tonight I had a shop that said 1068 / 1068 Complete when there are actually 1,953 items in there. And two full pages unpriced. No, no fixed. yes, still broken.
9/29 335 / 335 Complete Actual 2,027/2,500 3 pages unpriced
I bought a 1 week gold account medal specifically for the autopricer during this event. This is the second day that it hasn't worked. The first day I ignored it, but the second day is too much. It says 0 out of 500 and something complete. Nothing happens. If I refresh the page after waiting a considerable time it states that I need to pay 25csc to autoprice again. When I checked my shop, nothing new in the shop has been priced. Will have to do it manually which I wanted to avoid having to do.
You can create another shop, and move your items there to autoprice. Each shop can be autopriced free once per day.
Also, autopricing needs extreme patience. Don't close, refresh, or go elsewhere on the page until the very end when the progressbar is complete. You can do things on another tab or window while the autopricer's chugging along.
I used to have this exact problem. Autopricer would begin normally and in the end either a few things are left out or a page or more would not price at all. To make a long story short I switched internet providers, not because of this issue, and have not experienced the problem since. It's been a couple of years.
Since I don't know if the two are related I wouldn't switch but if you're able to log on from a different provider and try it might be worth the effort.
Thanks . I know I shouldn't have been so impatient with the autopricer, but 5 minutes for only about 500 items is very slow. I do understand there's a lot of lag during these events. I've manually autopriced since my rant so won't need to create a new shop. I might try and autoprice tomorrow when there's less people online. Thanks again! :)
