Stick on 204 / 697 Complete. Give up for today, and of course it will charge me to try again. Nope.
Well mine appears to be stuck at 971 / 1088 Complete.
Seems like it all priced even though the green progress bar was stuck.
RIP Mom, I love & miss you more than you know. Tell Dede hi.
Ocean Conservation Namibia on YouTube... they do good work! https://www.ocnamibia.org
I couldn't autoprice AGAIN yesterday. At this point I'm pretty sure no one gives a shit.
Not been able to AP my shop since the site went down! It loads like 80 then it stops.
i'm with you. Its been like for a while and still nothing has been done.
After the 2nd try it priced 1166 / 1166 Complete, I only have 600+ in my shop.
After 4 attempts I can't autoprice...go figure...
Been trying for over an hour now, probably two. Beyond ridiculous at this point.
So I got my autopricer to work yesterday (I always wait until the end of day) it took a long time though. I found if I waited until it stopped loading and then started the process again and again and again and again and again and again, it finally worked. May have just been luck though. Still unacceptable though.
It either got hung up stage one or stage two, most often stage two. Was about to throw my tablet across the room. I was originally on my laptop.
Here I go again. Just keeps going round and round.
Try number two worked.
I would really appreciate it if staff would address this. I know they don't want to continuously give out free GA days because it will affect the income they desperately need, but it's also unfair to us who pay as well.
Still haven't been able to get autopricer to work at all. It always gets stuck on the last page. If I finally give up and go to try again it wants to charge me. So, nope. No autopricer during shopping season is making me cringe - most of the items in my shop are unpriced! Pricing thousands manually just isn't something I have time for, that's why I pay for GA :)
Same for me last night. Tonight I got to the last step, then it said I had already used autopricer today.* eye roll*
I haven't had any problems autopricing at all. It's been a bit slower than before the maintenance, but it's gone through in one try in all cases except one, where it took me two tries.
I think it might be the time of day? I'm in Europe and I usually autoprice in the morning. I guess that's when the States are still asleep. On weekdays I'm autopricing between now and an hour from now, on weekends I'm a bit later, usually 2-3 hours from now.
Just before the migration I had a full shop with 2000+ items in it, but when the migration hit, I guess I had somewhere between 1200-1500 items left, now I'm at 800-1000. Don't know whether the amount of items matters.
I really feel for you guys! I wish I could autoprice for you :/
What browsers are you using? I don't think it's a browser problem, but doesn't hurt to check, right? I'm using Firefox 71.0.
It's been over a week since I've been able to autoprice
will we ever get ANY attention on this or staff is just plain ignoring the issue hoping it fixes itself? It would be decent to offer GA refunds or at least a pause in it for those who want.
You see the date I started this topic, right?
I feel like we haven't heard from staff about any of the issues still going on more than a month after the upgrade. Maybe I am just not looking in the right places to find those encouraging messages? The only programmer posts I see are from the very beginning of the month.
Anyone else get the impression they have thrown in the towel?
Yes, that's exactly how I feel. They simply stopped caring, no matter if we are paying for it or not. I've been able to use auto-price a few days, but not all of them and I'm paying to use it EVERY DAY. And we are only talking about AP here, not to mention the quests that aren't getting done due to the LAG.
As long as people keep spending their money we probably won;t be heard
