I have noticed several times since the new shift towards currency or specialty shops (ie. none-restocking shops) where if I buy multiple items quickly, I will get an error as below:

"Oh No! Looks like the page refreshed. It is an awesome item; did you mean to buy another?"

However if I am not actually refreshing the page, and just buying the items a little quickly, despite the error showing, the item is actually purchased.

hmm i always took the message to mean that they let you purchase one, but stopped you from accidentally buying another because you were clicking so quickly.
