I am looking for manga and anime recommendations.

Not sure what genre you're looking for but I recommend Mo Dao Zu Shi c:
DOGS by Shirow Miwa
It's pretty good if you don't mind a little mild gore and the like. There are currently 10 volumes (plus a prelude) of the manga and a 4 episode OVA.
Not sure if they come close to what you're looking for, as "Horror" is a genre I tend to stay clear of, but these are some of my favourites:
Yu Yu Hakusho (An older anime, but my all-time favourite. I love it for the characters, the dialogues and the story. Might be more Fantasy and Comedy than Horror)
Magi - The Labyrinth of Magic / The Kingdom of Magic (Season 1 and 2; maybe you now the "One Thousand and One Nights" tales? Or "Disney's Aladdin"? Then you may recognize a few names, but there's quite a different story going on in "Magi" ^.^)
Trigun (Kind of post-apocalyptic, desert planet and a hero that might as well be a relative to the Guardians of the Galaxy's Star Lord xD)
Wolf's Rain (Post-apocalyptic search for "Paradise" by a pack of wolves)
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (Two brothers looking to get their bodies back after a failed alchemy experiment or "FMA version 2" that's closer to the original manga)
Akatsuki no Yona (Everything you need for Fantasy: a princess, her bodyguard, treason, a couple of human dragons ^^)
Chaika - The Coffin Princess (The closest to "Horror" you'll get from me '^^)
Occult Academy (You remember that "Maya calendar world ending" nonsense from 2012? Here's another take at that, 'though I must admit that Occult Academy goes more into Comedy than Fantasy or Horror xD)
If you haven't seen it already, then I highly recommend Higurashi no Naku Koro ni if you're into horror. Depending on how weird you like to get in your horror, a recent release called Happy Sugar Life may be up your alley as well. Puella Magi Madoka Magica isn't exactly horror, but it has some dark and spooky elements to it. Another (that's the show's name) is a little sedate but I liked the twist ending and the aesthetic.
Naruto if you haven't already read it is super good :)
i don't read a lot of horror, but Parasyte is a really good series (idk if it's finished or not, haven't caught up), with both a manga and anime! and Hunter x Hunter is more adventure based, but it has similar fantasy elements like naruto, but its like the best anime! Ajin is a bit horror too, the manga is definitely better than the anime (which is 3d and on netflix).

The Promised Neverland would probably be a good pick! It's more of a thriller than a horror series, but it has the fantasy aspect to it as well! The story is very well built and the manga is truly amazing! There's also an anime adaptation that started airing in January if you'd rather watch it, but you should definitely give the manga a chance as it does a better job to express the characters' feelings and fears in my opinion!
Soil for horror and mystery. Dorohedoro for fantasy, horror and GYOZA!

I'm more into fantasy than horror. But Rosario+Vampire if pretty good, The manga is better than the anime. Not sure of much of a fantasy it id but Shuffle! is also really good and get in the feels. Blue Exorcist is really good. Nura Rise of the Yokai Clan is good but short. For fantasy that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
But had some really good suggestions. Wolfs Rain is a wonder anime and it's also one that tugs at the feels. Yu Yu Hakusho is good but I haven't seen it a while. Pretty much everything she said is a good choice. XD
EDIT: Also Elfin Lied if really good and bloody and all that. Also Dark Angel Dukuro is good. (Both of which i haven't finished XD)
How could I forget about Nurarihyon no Mago? That's a great manga as well, but I think the anime only adapted ~ 2/3 of the story...
I also liked the rather short but with a lot of original stories made anime adaption they did with Supernatural :)
Black Clover is a really cool fantasy anime.

That is a picture from it
Mabel, I have very keen powers of observation. For example, just by smelling your breath, I can tell that you have been eating... an entire tube of toothpaste?
For horor and fantasy, maybe Deadman Wonderland , Shiki, Netflix Castlevania?? :)
Will I ever fall in love. // For any kind of commissions smail me! <3 //
I really liked Black Blood Brother Hood, Sailor Moon, Vampire Hunter D and Get Backers
Always looking for collectables!
Secret Shop of Pets in horror. I really loved it. It's a shame the anime only had 4 episodes, had to finish with the manga but absolutely worth it.
Not sure how much it counts as a fantasy but Natsume Yuujinchou is absolutely adorable.
Attack on Titan is a forever favorite. And if it's magic you're looking for I'd say Fairy Tail.
Completely agree with everyone who recommends watching wolfs rain
Anime:
Just to name a few
Definitely agreeing with the Yu Yu Hakusho and Fullmetal Alchemist recommendations!
Vision of Escaflowne and Magic Knight Rayearth are both really solid fantasies; they're a little older, but these things are classic for a reason! For newer ones, try Kamisama Kiss.
Zombieland Saga is a really fun horror comedy! D. Gray Man is an interesting horror-fantasy.
Okay this is kinda cringe and 2008core but I have a HUGE soft spot for Soul Eater. The first 3 eps are awful, you can honestly skip everything between after the first 10 mins of the first ep and the third ep and just start with episode 4. Or if you do watch them just keep in mind the rest of the series is nothing like that. It's a very cool concept/magic system and really awesome characters/development, interesting worldbuilding, and the main protagonists are really compelling. If you like good characters/storylines over a backdrop of the 2008 emo aesthetic, you'll love this show! I haven't read the manga so I can't speak on that but the anime is very fun.
Edit: also seconding FMA and YYH!
