I had a quick look and couldn't see a topic on this so I hope I haven't overlooked it and made a double post.
I've been making up a lot of HA's of late and I sort of, pedantically like to keep things in groups, like all body mode characters together, TV/Movie characters together etc, etc but as the wardrobe save/share outfits works at the moment it's only possible to do this by continually loading and deleting HA's to get them to their desired locations.
Now I know a lot of work has been or is still being done with the wardrobe and I'm truly grateful so hate to seem the opposite by asking this, l just wondered if it would be at all possible to implicate the same sort of system as with the moving of pet treasure chest items into moving/sorting saved wardrobe HA's.

I have seen this suggested before, but can't remember where. I supported it then, I still support it.

I spent about ten minutes looking for this one today because I had saved it so long ago in like April.

I love the idea of being able to group avatars into our own categories. My major categories would be 'made for contests' and 'in progress'. XD It would make finding old avatars much easier.

Wanted to add if it would be easier (for the developers) or could be implemented into the original request/idea to be able to resave OVER an old avatar.

Say for instance a new item is released and you know it would be perfect for a HA you have saved somewhere deep at the back of the wardrobe, if you could 'wear' that outfit, add the new item and then save it over the original HA (are you sure you want to replace the existing HA with the new one yes/no option) so it saves back to where it was originally stored, hence no need for wearing, deleting and resaving HA's to get them back to their starting point, and yes again I will happily state that I'm overly pedantic about keeping things grouped together hence why I drive myself nuts doing the wardrobe shuffle.

Again just another thought to throw out there and see what people think.

pinged you as I know how much you love your Subeta Wardrobe and thought you would be able to put some worthwhile input into this and ask others what they think (being a lone wolf don't really have people to ask... altogether now awww lol)

I'd love to be able to save over an old saved HA. There are lots of times where I'm building an HA for a contest on some such, and saving in progress HAs.

As HA people I thought you might be interested in posting on this topic, , ,

Always letting you people know of possible places to post, .

This would be an asset to the wardrobe function. Kinda like putting things in drawers. Outfit drawers.

I love the category/drawer idea, yes! I could bunch all my Morostide outfits together, and all my 'virus in progress' outfits together, and all my 'I love this but I own 2/29 items so can probably never wear it' outfits together. 100% would use!

... if you could &;wear&; that outfit, add the new item and then save it over the original HA (are you sure you want to replace the existing HA with the new one yes/no option) so it saves back to where it was originally stored, hence no need for wearing, deleting and resaving HA&;s to get them back to their starting point...
Yes, YES OMG. I love this, but I also really like saving multiple new versions of the HA I'm working on so I can see the differences all next to each other. This would allow for new saves and saving over old HAs. Maybe it would be a second button under, or a checkbox next to the "Saved to Shared Outfits" button?
As great as it would be (and I am still 100% behind it) the saving over function isn't a huge deal for me, BUT THE OUTFIT FOLDERS?? YES. PLEASE?! 🙏 🙌

I have so many haphazardly stored HAs that I would absolutely cry over a folders option! Even a 'sort by name' and 'search outfits' option would work as an easier(?) addition for this. That way you can just name your HAs appropriately so you can find the ones you need quickly. Also it would add a reason to actually name your HAs, because I don't really do that. At all. Ever.

Thanks for the ping, love!

Yeah, I do both - sometimes want to save over an HA, other times want to save a second, or third option to be able to look at them side by side.

Also love the search idea. I've named a couple of HAs, but there's hardly any point without a search function.

So glad you like the idea 😊

Really like your idea of the name/search function, I also see what you are saying about seeing works in progress as I do the same thing. What I was thinking was along the lines of being able to save over old HAs if wanted but still able to save them individually hence the need for the 'are you sure you want to replace the existing HA with the new one yes/no' option. If you say yes it overwrites the existing HA if you choose no then it saves it as an entirely new HA. How does that sound?

OMG 27 pages?! Glad to know that I am nowhere near the limit (if there is one). I have been carefully keeping my saves down in case there was a limit. Now I can be a little less stingy!

I really like it! I have a few really old HAs myself that I want to update, but I don't want them moved to the front pages. I really, REALLY hope this idea takes off though and something is added. I would love some saved outfits organization and options~! EDIT: Also your pet Sam is super cute! ❤

What do y'all think about the ideas? Saving over old HAs, outfit folders, a sort by function? I'm sure all you creative lovelies have things to add! The more attention this gets the more likely it'll get added! :)

Not really a fan of saving over old HAs, as I like to keep my progression at least a little along the way(which is why I have 384 pages even after clearing out some of them...), but I like the idea of outfit folders or a sort by function.

Yes, yes, yes please! Not sure I'd use a save-over feature though since I like to keep progression / different variations of HAs (bc I'm basically a wardrobe hoarder). But I would love to be able to sort my HAs into some kind of folder/drawer/category system.

I would love the ability to save these to different folders or categories!

I save a lot for seasonal or holiday/event things and I do challenges with items I don't own and would love to keep them separated. I do try to remember to name them in a way so I recognize them as a challenge HA but I forget sometimes. I also premake some HAs for when I'm away from home and playing from an old laptop where the colors aren't quite the same as my home computer and I'd like to keep them separate.

I'd like to save HAs with categories I make. I usually make holiday HAs as well as special occasion & contest HAs... would be nice to find them more easily ^^
