I decided to put my old CWs in the CW shop but I am experiencing some problems

1. I put my pink cupcake wig in my shop, but it is not showing in the feed or when I search for items. url=https://i.imgur.com/GCF6DIq.png[/url] How can I make it show up?

2. I listed the other wigs as recolours of the pink wig..... now what? I thought they would show up as an option underneath the pink wig or something, but they just kind of disappeared. url=https://i.imgur.com/0IpgzbK.png[/url]

3. These snuggly buddies are only showing up in the recolours section and not the active section, so I'm not able to put them in my shop. I tried submitting 'not a recolour' but nothing happened. url=https://i.imgur.com/zx7Bo4f.png[/url]

4. After I had already submitted the wig to the shop. I found this board. I originally sold 1~2 batches of the wigs because that was the only option available at the time and I just filled as many slots as people wanted. Am I now breaking the rules by putting it in the shop?

I was able to find your cupcake wig in shop search, so that is working

For question 2 and 3 you might not have any copies available to sell, so they will not be available for you to move to your shop. You might have slotted all you could when you first released, and are not able to move it to your shop, since there are no available copies.

4. Now this one is tricky, in your old post did you say how many batches you would do total? Example: If you said you would do only 1 batch (old system 10 copies) and you slotted them all, then you cannot add them to your shop as far as I am aware. If you said 2 batches (old system 20 copies) and you slotted only 10 slots, you can put the remaining 10 copies in your shop.

If you are unsure about anything, please submit a ticket and staff can help you figure things out more clearly too.
