SQL errors preventing me from doing quests.

Halfway through doing quests, I couldn't start the next one. After hitting "Start Quest", I now get a page of code-dump preventing me from starting the quest.
Did you try refreshing the page? In most cases it is just this error which is harmless and goes away if you refresh the page:

Never thought of that, but eventually I could do quests again.
If you get this error again, just refresh the page. It doesn't prevent you from doing quests or getting your quest prizes :)
If you reload the page and are still unable to do anything, feel free to post here again.
