php_network_getaddresses / SQLSTATE error

Sometimes randomly this error will show up that contains the text "SQLSTATE" and/or "php_network_getaddresses". It looks like a big blob of code on the page. Here are some examples:

- It happens randomly on random pages.
- It does not actually cause what you are doing to fail. For instance, if you were getting a free item from a daily, you will still get the item in your inventory. If you were finishing a quest, the quest will still successfully complete.
The error is completely random and will go away if you reload/refresh the page.

i got an error every time i wanted to set the forget password email to myself. I didn’t recieve any mail btw.
(Phone logged out and apperently didn’t have the right ps stored. And obviously i have something complicated which i didn’t remember at all, like ‘carrot!’ Note: not my actual ps)

This isn't true at all. It did absolutely cause me to not get the free gift just now
The site has been working ok today for me, but for the past 30 minutes or so it keeps crashing with the following:

It will keep saying that no matter what I do and then it will come back up for another few minutes after about five or so minutes and stay up for about 10 or so minutes and go down again.
When I go to check the subeta status page it will say that all systems are operational.
