So it has come to my attention that the Massive Family Achievement is glitched. I have three pets for a long time but my progress for that achievement still shows as 0.. I posted a topic about it in the help and questions thinking it's a thing on my part but another user reported having the same problem. So we think it's a bug for everybody and we're wanting to get it fixed :)

My achievement for this still shows 20/25 (which is the most I've ever had at once), so it's not glitched for everyone.

It's interesting that it's glitched for multiple people at least, IDK what's up with it though.

I recently created my 20th pet and up until then it also showed as 0/20 for me. I earned the achievement just fine so I think it's just an issue with the counter.

Yeah, I don't think this one has ever actually kept track on the counter from what I remember (but I've had over 20 pets for a long time now)

Yo. Just adding it a bit of info, because maybe it'll help troubleshoot? Mine is/was working March 17th ~ 27th when I adopted yet another pet and got the 25 pets achievement. My count currently says 26 / 30, which is right (just not sure which day it was, been adopting pets randomly.).

Though, now I'm wondering what page actually updates the pet count? Seems like it'd be inefficient if it checked every single time you go to your pets page, but maybe it does. Of course, I can't really think of a better page for it to check. I honestly don't remember what page I got that achievement on other than thinking 'oh no i don't need this many pets.' ha.

Adoption apparently has +1'd the count, for me. Maybe there's some issue with just creating pets and it counting? how else do we even make pets? Or transferring them from one user to another? Or one on of the special pet creation pages?

I have 11 pets. I made 10 of them, adopted 1 from the pound.

I've been around for 11 years, 9 months, 4 days.

I have been awarded that achievement in error once or twice, and been given the title (but not the achievement) countless times.

My count is 0/20

I have 19 pets right now, adopted or created over the years... I don't remember if I looked at the achievement before, but I've been here for 10+ years, so I guess I did; I don't know if the counter worked before? It says 0/20 for me anyway shrug

Hmm... Is that achievement bugged? I hope so! I guess it's random? lol!

well getting the title without the achievement was definitely a glitch. worked on it and I think its now fixed, I haven't gotten the title in a while, so fingers crossed.

It does seem to award the achievement when you actually get it though, so while its partly bugged and doesn't count the progress for a lot of people, I think its mainly okay.

I got the achievement a while ago, so I have no idea if the counter thing is a recent glitch or if it's been happening for a while. I didn't notice when I got the achievement if it was showing as 0 pets before I got it, but right now it shows 20/25 like it should.

Sorry, for bumping a couple-month old thread, but this seems to still be an issue...?

At least, I only have 18 pets, my counters for Massive Family and Only Room for One are both still at 0, but I have the forum titles for both of them. I understand having the Room for One title (because at one point I did have just one pet), but I don't even have 20 pet slots for the other title...?
