Item glitch when questing

Not a game breaking glitch or anything as I was still able to shop search and finish the quest, but I ran into this and wanted to share in case it was something worth looking into.

The text continued way, way down the page (you can see it under the complete or quit options)

Hopefully this is enough information, I've finished the quest so this is all I have to offer. It may have just been a one-off thing and not a big deal but I don't know enough about site stuff to know aha (better safe than sorry, and all)
